Doing It Better Together seeks to help people living on the streets to be housed and restored to productivity in the community. We believe this is best accomplished through the practical demonstration of the love of Jesus Christ. The practical steps toward implementing this goal involve meeting each person where they are and 1) developing a trust relationship, 2) assessing their true physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and 3) providing the appropriate resources to assist the person in resolving their needs. We recognize that both individual needs and the needs of the greater community need to be met. Our ultimate goal is to meet the spiritual and social health of the person and their re-entry into the greater community while improving the community at large.
